InSite QR Signs provides a platform for real estate agents to create and order QR code yard signs that link to property information pages. The Service includes:

• QR code generation and property page hosting
• Physical sign ordering and fulfillment
• Analytics on QR scans and page views
• Buyer lead capture functionality

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring information you provide is accurate and current
• Complying with all applicable real estate laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Payments and Refunds

• Sign orders are charged at the time of checkout
• Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
• Refunds for physical products are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, property descriptions). By using the Service, you grant us a license to display and process this content as necessary to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InSite QR Signs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Service Modifications
